Mechanism of Producing Management

　　　Lianmei chose TUV, which is a world wide third-party auditing company, to be our QS9000 auditor. We obtained the QS9000 certificate from TUV on 9th August 2004. We conduct our parts producing and quality managing according to the QS9000. On the other hand, we have our own mechanism to control our products’ quality parts production. There is a meeting every week. The main topic to be discussed in the meeting is product defects and production plan. Our managers, engineers and workshop leaders manage to find the root causes of the defects and offer the relevant solutions. We, accordingly, make next week’s production plan. At the next weekly meeting, we will check if the defect problems were solved and the production plan was carried out. If everything went well, we go new issues. If not, we analysis them again and discuss other new issues.We make ourselves have continuous improvement, reduce changing and lower the cost in order to benefit to customers and end-users.
